The idea came from necessity.
Angela Karam is the Founder and Managing Director of Tragnite Montenegro, a consultancy registered in Podgorica, Montenegro in August 2024. Her work focuses on residency planning, company formation, relocation coordination, investment support and cross-border administration for international clients.
The idea for Tragnite Montenegro came from Angela's own experience establishing the company in Montenegro. While navigating the process as a foreign national, she found that clear, practical and reliable guidance was difficult to access from outside the country. The rules were not always easy to understand, the steps were not clearly explained, and the process required careful local coordination.
That experience shaped the purpose of Tragnite Montenegro: to give international clients the kind of structured, transparent and practical support Angela wished had been available when she needed it herself.
